鋁帶（Aluminium strip/Aluminum strip）是鋁錠經(jīng)壓軋得到的鋁卷成品，然后根據(jù)用途需要，經(jīng)過縱剪機(jī)組分切成所需寬度的鋁帶、鋁條。

基本上各個(gè)牌號(hào)的合金狀態(tài)都可以制作加工成鋁帶，其中常用的合號(hào)有1050、1060、1070、1100、3003、3004、5005、5052、8011等。常用狀態(tài)有O態(tài)和H態(tài)等。O表示軟態(tài)，H表示硬態(tài)。O和H后面可以用數(shù)字表示軟硬程度，及退火程度。

鋁帶具體用途主要有：變壓器鋁帶（變壓器鋁箔）、高頻焊接中空鋁條用鋁帶、翅片散熱器用鋁帶、電纜用鋁帶、沖壓用鋁帶、鋁邊條用鋁帶等。

鋁帶的用途

鋁帶的用途很多，如：鋁覆膜管、電纜、光纜、變壓器、加熱器、百葉窗等等。

1060 要求抗蝕性與成形性均高的場(chǎng)合，但對(duì)強(qiáng)度要求不高，化工設(shè)備是其典型用途

1100 用于加工需要有良好的成形性和高的抗蝕性但不要求有高強(qiáng)度的零件部件，例如化工產(chǎn)品、食品工業(yè)裝置與貯存容器、薄板加工件、深拉或旋壓凹形器皿、焊接零部件、熱交換器、印刷板、銘牌、反光器具

3004 板材，厚板，拉伸管。擠壓管只要用于全鋁易拉罐罐身，要求要比3003合金更高的零部件，化工產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)與儲(chǔ)存裝置，薄板加工件，建筑擋板，電纜管道，下水道，各種燈具零部件。

3003 板.帶材。箔材。厚板，拉伸管。擠壓管。型。棒。線材。冷加工棒材，冷加工線材，鉚釘線材，鍛件，箔材，散熱片料主要用于加工需要良好的成型性能，高的抗蝕性能，或可焊性好的零部件，或既要求有這些性能的有需要比1***系合金強(qiáng)度高的工件，如運(yùn)輸液體的槽和罐，壓力罐，儲(chǔ)存裝置，熱交換器，化工設(shè)備，飛機(jī)油箱，油路導(dǎo)管，反光板，廚房設(shè)備，洗衣機(jī)缸體，鉚釘，焊絲。

5052 此合金有良好的成形加工性能、抗蝕性、可燭性、疲勞強(qiáng)度與中等的靜態(tài)強(qiáng)度，用于制造飛機(jī)油箱、油管，以及交通車輛、船舶的鈑金件，儀表、街燈支架與鉚釘、五金制品等
