產(chǎn)品描述：
污水泵和其它泵一樣，葉輪，壓水室，是污水泵的兩大核心部件。抽水泵：具備一進一出的抽氣（水）嘴，排氣（水）嘴各一個，并且在進口處能夠持續(xù)形成真空或負壓，排氣嘴處形成微正壓。特點不同污水泵：撕裂機構能夠把纖維物質撕裂，切斷，然后順利排放，無需在泵上加濾網(wǎng)，設計合理，配套電機功率小，節(jié)能效果顯著，用新材料的機械密封

結構說明：

泵的主要零件有泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、軸、雙吸密封環(huán)、軸承和軸承體等。泵體與泵蓋為鑄鐵制成，共同構成葉輪的工作室，泵體進、出水法蘭盤上有安裝壓力計和真空計的管螺孔，管徑低處有的管螺孔。葉輪為雙側進水。其形狀是對稱的，出廠時經(jīng)靜平衡試驗。軸承：本系列泵的結構分甲、乙兩種形式，甲式的采用滾動軸承，用黃油潤滑；乙式采用滑動軸承，用稀油潤滑�？拷�聯(lián)軸器一端的通稱軸承甲部件，另一端稱軸承乙部件由于葉輪是對稱的，其本身就平衡了軸向力，由于制造誤差等產(chǎn)生的殘余軸向力由軸承乙部件中的單列向心軸承平衡。甲式結構的軸承體部件是籍軸承體壓蓋固定在泵體上，由于該壓蓋是裝配后與泵體同時鏜孔，不具備互換性，所以壓蓋損壞后不能更換。軸封：泵的軸封由填料室、填料壓蓋、填料環(huán)、填料套、填料、軸套共同構成。泵蓋內的少量高壓水通過水封管及填料環(huán)流入填料室中。有些泵沒有外裝水封管，在泵蓋的中開向上有預先鑄出的兩條溝槽，代替了外裝水封管。填料的松緊程度，以液體能一滴一滴滲出為準。填料壓得過緊，軸套易發(fā)熱，軸套表面很快就被磨損。泵的傳動是通過彈性聯(lián)軸器由電動機驅動。從傳動端看，泵為逆時針方向旋轉。
