進(jìn)口屏蔽式管道泵普通型供輸送清水及物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似于清水的其他液體之用。介質(zhì)使用溫度不超過80℃,適用于工業(yè)和城市給排水,高層建筑增壓送水、園林噴灌、消防增壓、遠(yuǎn)距離輸送、暖通制冷循環(huán)、浴室等冷暖水循環(huán)增壓及設(shè)備配套。特別適用對振動(dòng)、噪音要求較高的場合,如地下泵房、空調(diào)制冷系統(tǒng)等。
進(jìn)口屏蔽式管道泵熱水型主要供輸送溫度不超過160℃不含固體顆粒的軟水之用,適用于能源、冶金、化工、紡織、造紙以及賓館、飯店、浴室、鍋爐熱水增壓循環(huán)輸送及城市采暖系統(tǒng)循環(huán)等場合。
進(jìn)口屏蔽式管道泵防腐型供輸送不含固體顆粒,具有腐蝕性,粘度類似于水的液體,適用于石油、化工、冶金、電力、造紙、食品、制藥和合成纖維等部門。

 

進(jìn)口屏蔽式管道泵工作條件：Wong conditions of imported canned pipeline pumps:

電源額定電壓為380V，頻率為50Hz，三相交流電；2、輸送流體不應(yīng)含有體積比超過0.1%和粒度大于0.2mm的固體顆粒；3、輸送液體的溫度≤120℃；4、 系統(tǒng)壓力不超過1.0MPa，不小于50Kpa；如超過請訂貨時(shí)注明5、環(huán)境溫度不超過40℃  6、海拔不超過1000mm

介質(zhì)必須為軟水，稀薄，不凝固，非易燃，不含固體顆粒及纖維的流體。屏蔽泵介質(zhì)溫度不超過90度，泵介質(zhì)溫度不超過380度。

一般情況下系統(tǒng)工作壓力不超過1。2MPa，進(jìn)口壓力不小于0.05mpa,特殊場合應(yīng)事先與我們聯(lián)系。立式熱水屏蔽泵系統(tǒng)較高壓力1.6MPa,即水泵的吸入壓+泵揚(yáng)程≦1.6MPa。
