1.1.1粉末在粉泵(文丘里喉管)作用下經(jīng)噴槍在壓縮空氣作用高效噴射于預(yù)熱管道內(nèi)壁，從而粉末熔化結(jié)合 在管件內(nèi)表面上。

1.1.2         流化粉桶主要包括流化桶、氣室、微孔板、文丘里噴嘴、輸粉管等。氣室的作用是將經(jīng)過凈化的壓 縮空氣，由集中狀態(tài)分散均壓，并均勻上升。

1.1.3         噴涂系統(tǒng)及噴槍在噴涂小車的帶動下行走。

1.1.6管道兩端設(shè)置于前、后粉末回收機。兩端采用袋式過濾器裝置作為粉末回收及環(huán)保除塵裝置。

2.1設(shè)備設(shè)備組成Equipment unit

2.1.1噴涂鋼管上下料及旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置：上下料裝置負責(zé)加熱后鋼管的接料和出料，噴涂時鋼管自轉(zhuǎn)，速度通 過變頻器調(diào)整。

2.1.2噴涂小車及供粉裝置：噴涂小車負責(zé)帶動噴槍前進和后退，噴涂小車前進時有多段速度，位移-速度 曲線自由設(shè)定。噴涂有多段速度，位移-速度曲線自由設(shè)定，確保涂層質(zhì)量。粉泵將流化桶的粉末輸入到 噴槍中，然后加入稀釋空氣對粉末進行稀釋，經(jīng)過稀釋的粉末從噴槍前端噴到鋼管內(nèi)壁，通過調(diào)節(jié)噴槍 的數(shù)量和粉泵的供氣壓力來調(diào)節(jié)粉量大小。

2.1.3粉末回收裝置Powder recovery device:鉆桿公母端配粉末收集裝置。母端采用濾筒回收除塵裝置， 公端采用袋式過濾器裝置作為粉末回收及環(huán)保除塵裝置。

2.1.4噴槍水冷裝置：噴槍降溫裝置，避免噴槍過熱導(dǎo)致粉末結(jié)塊。冷卻水循環(huán)使用并降溫。
