液壓泵按照排量是否可調(diào)分為定量泵和變量泵;按照結(jié)構(gòu)可分為柱塞泵、葉片泵和齒輪泵。
1、外嚙合齒輪泵一般為定量泵
應(yīng)用:一般用于低壓(<2.5MPa)大流量的場合;
優(yōu)點:結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,尺寸小,質(zhì)量小,價格低廉,工作可靠,維護(hù)容易,對油污染不敏感;
缺點:磨損嚴(yán)重,泄露大,工作壓力的提高受限;
2、葉片泵分為單作用葉片泵和雙作用葉片泵,單作用葉片泵一般為變量泵,雙作用葉片泵一般為定量泵。
應(yīng)用:一般用于專用機(jī)床、自動化設(shè)備中的中低壓液壓系統(tǒng)中;
優(yōu)點:工作壓力較高,工作平穩(wěn),噪聲小,壽命長;
缺點:結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,對油污影響較為敏感;
3、柱塞泵分為徑向柱塞泵和軸向柱塞泵,可用于變量;
應(yīng)用:廣泛應(yīng)用于高壓、大流量、大功率的系統(tǒng)中以及流量需要調(diào)節(jié)的場合,比如龍門刨床、拉床、工程機(jī)械、船舶上等;
優(yōu)點:壓力高,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,效率高,流量調(diào)節(jié)方便;
缺點:對油污影響很敏感;
液壓泵的應(yīng)用主要總結(jié)為:
(1)在機(jī)床液壓系統(tǒng)中,一般選用雙作用葉片泵和限壓式變量泵;
(2)在筑路機(jī)械、港口機(jī)械及小型工程機(jī)械中,一般采用抗污染性能較強(qiáng)的齒輪泵;
(3)在負(fù)載大、功率大的場合,一般采用柱塞泵。
液壓系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)致液壓泵過熱原因有:
一、液壓泵裝配不良導(dǎo)致液壓泵異常發(fā)熱:
①液壓泵中的間隙在選配時不合適(例如柱塞與缸體、葉片與轉(zhuǎn)子槽、定子與轉(zhuǎn)子、齒輪與側(cè)板等配合間隙過小等都會造成滑動部位過熱燒傷)。
②液壓泵的裝配質(zhì)量差,傳動部分同軸度沒有達(dá)到技術(shù)要求,在液壓泵運轉(zhuǎn)的時候有別勁的現(xiàn)象怠敞糙緞孬等茬勸長滑出現(xiàn)。
③液壓泵中軸承的質(zhì)量差或是在裝配的時候被打壞,或是在液壓泵安裝的時候沒有清洗干凈,造成液壓泵在運轉(zhuǎn)時別勁。
④經(jīng)過軸承的潤滑油排油口不暢通:由于回油口螺塞未打開(未接管子),或是在安裝的時候通油道沒有清洗干凈,導(dǎo)致有臟物緒住油口,還有可能是由于在安裝時回油管彎頭太多或有壓扁的現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致排油口不通暢。
二、液壓泵油液質(zhì)量差所導(dǎo)致液壓泵異常發(fā)熱:
①在液壓泵中使用的油液黏度與溫度的特性差,在使用過程中黏度變化差很大。
②使用的液壓油中含有大量水分,造成液壓油的潤滑不良,導(dǎo)致液壓泵異常發(fā)熱。
③長期沒有更換液壓泵中的油液,或是使用的液壓油已被污染嚴(yán)重,導(dǎo)致液壓泵發(fā)熱。
三、液壓泵管路故障導(dǎo)致液壓泵發(fā)熱:
①連接液壓泵的泄油管被壓扁或被堵死,導(dǎo)致無法泄油而使油泵發(fā)熱。
②液壓泵的排油管管徑太細(xì),不能使液壓泵順暢的排出油液,達(dá)不要排油要求。
③液壓泵的吸油管徑小,使得液壓泵的吸油阻力大,無法正常吸油,導(dǎo)致油泵發(fā)熱。

裝載機(jī)液壓行走傳動系統(tǒng)和操縱系統(tǒng)
1.液壓行走傳動
系統(tǒng)基本組成
裝載機(jī)液壓行走傳動系統(tǒng)。液壓行走傳動系統(tǒng)由液壓泵、液壓馬達(dá)、分動箱和前后驅(qū)動橋等組成。
2.液壓行走裝載
機(jī)操縱系統(tǒng)
液壓行走裝載機(jī)操縱系統(tǒng)。它由以下操縱桿和操縱踏板組成:
(1)方向電操縱桿,操縱裝載機(jī)前進(jìn)和后退。帶鎖住裝置,能將操縱桿固定在所操縱的位置。操縱時手可以不離開方向盤,用手指操縱。為防止意外走動,方向電操縱桿不在中位,發(fā)動機(jī)就不能起動。
(2)油門踏板,操縱它就能起步、加速、減速和停車,全車速范圍自動變速,操縱簡單方便,初學(xué)者很容易掌握駕駛。
(3)左右制動踏板,右制動踏板和微動閥連動,操縱此踏板,通過微動閥,改變變量泵先導(dǎo)控制油壓,使變量泵排量降低,實現(xiàn)機(jī)械微動,使鏟裝作業(yè)時工作裝置功率和行走驅(qū)動功率匹配良好。
(4)運轉(zhuǎn)模式切換機(jī)構(gòu)。通過它可控制油門開度的大位置。有二種運轉(zhuǎn)模式:通常和柔和,分別有相應(yīng)不同的油門大開度限位。一般情況采用通常運轉(zhuǎn)模式。夜間作業(yè)或市內(nèi)作業(yè)等,要求低噪聲場合采用柔和運轉(zhuǎn)模式。該模式大牽引力降低2%左右,對通常裝載作業(yè)能滿足要求。
(5)采用腳踏式停車制動,操縱簡單,輕輕踩-下停車制動踏板就能制動。解除停車制動,只須拉一下停車制動解除操縱桿。當(dāng)停車制動器起作用時,方向電操縱桿即使在前進(jìn)或后退位置,機(jī)械也不會行走。當(dāng)發(fā)動機(jī)熄火時,如忘記將停車制動器制動時,會自動啟動緊急信號。
裝載機(jī)行走液壓系統(tǒng)
1.基本組成
裝載機(jī)行走液壓系統(tǒng)。它由主液壓泵(帶變量油缸)、補(bǔ)油泵、壓力補(bǔ)償閥(DA控制閥) 、高壓切斷閥、前進(jìn)后退換向電磁閥、微動閥、高壓溢流閥(過載閥) 、低壓溢流閥(補(bǔ)油閥) 、單向閥、液壓馬達(dá) (帶伺服油缸)、前進(jìn)后退梭形閥、伺服閥、濾清器5和油冷卻器組成。
2.液壓泵控制
(1)方向控制
采用雙向變量柱塞泵,通過電開關(guān)操縱前進(jìn)后退換向電磁閥,改變液壓泵油流方向,實現(xiàn)行駛方向改變。該閥有三個位置(前進(jìn)、中位和后退),相應(yīng)前進(jìn)、停車和后退。
(2)車速控制
補(bǔ)油泵排:量隨發(fā)動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速(油門開度)自動變化。在其出油道上設(shè)節(jié)流孔B。液流經(jīng)過節(jié)流孔B產(chǎn)生的壓差A(yù)p與補(bǔ)油泵的流量有關(guān),而補(bǔ)油泵是定量泵,其
流量與發(fā)動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速成正比,將此壓差A(yù)p引入DA控制閥,此DA控制閥在以下三個力作用下取得平衡:壓差A(yù)p,彈簧力和通向液壓泵變量油缸反饋的先導(dǎo)油壓P。液壓泵的變量油缸在彈簧力作用下,處于中位排量零,隨著操縱變量油缸的先導(dǎo)油壓P的加大,液壓泵排量隨著加大。壓差Op確定先導(dǎo)油壓P,發(fā)動機(jī)
轉(zhuǎn)速確定節(jié)流孔前后壓差A(yù)p。因此操縱油門踏板,改變發(fā)動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速n, Op和液壓泵排量隨之改變。當(dāng)發(fā)動機(jī)在怠速狀態(tài)時,液壓泵排量為零。隨著發(fā)動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速增高,液壓泵排量逐漸加大,實現(xiàn)自動控制。由于變量泵是油門連動控制的,因此只需操縱油門踏板就能控制車速。
(3)微動控制
微動閥操縱可以通過連桿和制動踏板連動,微動閥也可以單獨布置。通過制動壓力來操縱微動閥,使控制液壓泵排量的先導(dǎo)油壓降低,減小液壓泵排量,
能實現(xiàn)與發(fā)動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速(油門開關(guān))無關(guān),即使發(fā)動機(jī)在高轉(zhuǎn)速下,而液壓泵的輸出流量很小,實現(xiàn)機(jī)械微動。
(4)高壓切斷控制
當(dāng)靜壓驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)油壓達(dá)到設(shè)定大值,高壓切斷閥切斷通向換向電磁閥的先導(dǎo)油壓,使液壓泵變量油缸油壓下降,液壓泵變至小流量,減少能量損失。
3.液壓馬達(dá)控制
液壓系統(tǒng)采用變量馬達(dá),其控制裝置由前進(jìn)后退梭形閥,伺服閥和變量油缸組成。液壓馬達(dá)的排量由伺服油缸活塞桿位置確定,其位置由伺服閥控制。伺服閥閥芯右端受控制液壓泵排量的先導(dǎo)油壓作用,其閥芯左端受靜壓驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)油壓反饋作用和彈簧力作用。伺服閥在液壓泵先導(dǎo)油壓、驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)油壓和彈簧力作用下取得平衡,確定其位置。伺服閥芯位置確定伺服變量油缸活塞桿位置,活塞桿位置確定液壓馬達(dá)排量。從力平衡可知:隨著系統(tǒng)油壓增加,液壓馬達(dá)排量加大,隨著液壓泵先導(dǎo)控制油壓上升,液壓馬達(dá)排量下降。
HST馬達(dá)PQ特性:在某設(shè)定壓力以下時,液壓馬達(dá)在小排量下工作。在設(shè)定壓力以上一段壓力范圍。隨著壓力升高,液壓馬達(dá)排量逐漸從小至大。到達(dá)一定壓力以上時,液壓馬達(dá)在大排量下工作。
液壓馬達(dá)排量隨液壓泵先導(dǎo)控制油壓
(發(fā)動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速).上升而下降,當(dāng)發(fā)動機(jī)在怠速狀態(tài)時,液壓馬達(dá)排量處于大位置,隨著發(fā)動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速上升,液壓馬達(dá)排量逐漸減小。
前進(jìn)后退梭形閥的作用是前進(jìn)后退變化時,實現(xiàn)高低壓油路轉(zhuǎn)換。
